We cater events in-home and at off-site venues for parties big and small. Our experienced event planners will work with you to procure a menu that fits your vision and your budget. We offer both quick service and full service catering. Quick service means we drop off your catering on disposable trays at your home or event venue. Full service means we manage the entire event down to every detail – delivery, servers, bartenders, rentals, linens, decor, clean up, and MORE! Additionally, with our off-premise liquor license we can even provide your bar!
This past month, we catered a wonderful 50th Birthday Party. Clients chose from our popular stationery display options and settled on our delicious Signature Mediterranean Station and our Fresh Raw Bar for an elegant look. Additionally, guests were served passed appetizers like our Shrimp & Chorizo Lollipop, Flank Steak on Baguette, Peppered Tuna, & the Prosciutto & Melon Skewer.
Dinner was a served two course meal starting with a fresh Summer Salad. The client chose the Achiote Salmon, Filet Mignon, and Lemon Farfalle for their main course. The night ended with an elaborate seasonal dessert display consisting of Double Chocolate Brownies, Lemon Bars, Chocolate Mousse Shooters, Key Lime Pie Shooters, Strawberries & Cream Mini Cupcakes, and Salted Caramel Pretzel Mini Cupcakes.
