In response to the pandemic, Seedling & Sage Catering continues to support + feed our communities while also doing our best to #flattenthecurve. We designed new drop off menus and catering trays that feature individually packed meals, themed micro-events, oven ready meals and ready to drink cocktails.
We hope this style of catering will help promote peace of mind at your meetings, events and gatherings, while still providing an authentic experience.
Choose from any of these menus, or work directly with one of our event planners to customize your special event. Seedling & Sage is a full service farm to table caterer. We provide full staffing, rentals, and events management for events of 10 – 500 guests.

PLACING YOUR ORDER Seedling + Sage Catering has a fresh is best approach. Because we are a scratch kitchen, all order must be placed by 3 days in advance of your order. We will accommodate shorter lead times when able.
All prices and products on menu are subject to change. Pricing and availability based on seasonality.
Our office is open from 9a-5p Mon– Fri. We are also open on weekends but are typically onsite at our events.
DELIVERIES + PICK UPS
All items will be delivered/picked up room temperature or cold, with reheating instructions if applicable.
There is a $150 minimum for delivery.
Delivery fee: 15% of food cost.
Drivers are NO CONTACT – Driver will call when they are on their way and will text you to notify you of delivery and drop to your doorstep.
Delivery is typically 1-2 hours before the event based on availability.
Pick-ups are at our commissary kitchen in Glenside, or our property in Flourtown. Call us upon arrival, and staff will bring packaged food out to your car.
Seedling & Sage is dedicated to accommodating all dietary needs. Our Chefs are trained to prepare Gluten-“Friendly”, Vegan, Paleo, and Vegetarian Meals. However, there is always the possibility of cross contamination which could affect a severe allergy.
Due upon ordering. Once processed, all sales are final. Menus may be increased prior to delivery deadline, but not decreased. We take pre-payment to avoid need for physical contact, cash handling, credit card handling or signatures at time of delivery.
If you would like to add a server, bartender or kitchen chef for your event, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Each staff person is $25-$30 per hr/five hour minimum shift which must include one hour of set up and break down
