On May 31st under the glowing lights and lush greenery of The Highlands Mansion, Seeding and Sage had the privilege of catering the highly anticipated Golden Gala in the Gardens, a celebration of the Highlands Historical Society’s 50th anniversary.
Guests arrived in their best garden-party attire, enjoyed champagne and signature cocktails before sitting down to an elegant dinner under a sailcloth tent.

Full Service Catering – Including on-site chefs, servers, and bartenders to ensure a seamless experience from cocktails to dessert. For dinner, guests enjoyed a beautiful dinner buffet beneath the tent.
Modern Event Design – Our expert planner Monica coordinated specialty rentals from The Party Center including gorgeous custom flooring for the sailcloth tent.
Full-Service Coordination – From timeline management to managing vendor set ups day-of, our team ensured the day flowed seamlessly.
