Happy Spring! We are so happy because Spring is the start of… EVENT SEASON! We planned and planned all winter and now it is GO time. Spring starts with communions, cinco de mayo, non-profit galas, some office parties. Then it quickly turns to wedding season. Then hot summer months of July and August. Then back to wedding season. Then the holidays!

What are we up to? Well, we added 2 new properties to our exclusive venue list. Fonthill Castle and Mercer Museum, both in Doylestown. Exclusive means we are the only caterer at the property. We do everything from show the space to book and operate the events. Check it out. Castles, museums, tents, the works! Our sales, events, and kitchen teams have continued to grow. Meet the team! Spring trends STILL: chalkboards, burlap, mason jars, vintage but chic looks, all foods mini, freshly muddled drinks, boards for serving, wine barrels, farm tables, live vignettes, whiskey drinks, dream catchers, after dark fire pits with s’mores!

Spring trends NEW: farm MODERN (think reclaimed wood paired with modern white and touch of gold), rose gold, ROSE wine, all things bubbly especially dry rose prosecco, terrariums, cross back chairs, skewer bars (no bread), taco bars (designer meats and cheeses), desserts with bling (try our stuffed cookies rolled with gold flecks), edible floral infused ice cubes for signature drinks… and more!
