Locavore Harvest Stationary Display elaborate fall display of colorful raw seasonal vegetables including eggplants, peppers, tomatoes and more from local farms like maple acres farm ~ accompanied by freshly made herb dips ~  a variety of domestic (local if possible) cheeses and jams, chef’s selection of bruschetta and hummus served with naan bread and croustades

Signature Mediterranean Station traditional hummus and beet, pear & lentil hummus, bruschetta, seasonal bruschetta,  toasted naan traingles & croustades, raw carrot & cucumber chips 

Slate Cheese Board  manchengo cheese, chocolate infused cheddar, drunken goat, crispy crackers, grapes, raspberry preserves, marcona almonds, candied walnuts

Pasta Station assorted pastas with fresh made sauces; pesto, garden marinara, parmigiana alfredo, fresh spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, parmesan, kalamata olives, feta and toasted pine nuts

Cheese Burger In Paradise your choice of two: beef or turkey burger with bacon, cheddar, carmelized onion ~ pulled pork ~ blackened crab cake with roasted corn salsa ~ bbq beef with pineapple salsa.   grass-fed local ground beef recommended. 

Pot Pie Station (Choose Two) featuring the following three fillings adorned with star triangle pastry puffs: roasted corn, seasonal local yellow squash & zucchini and red pepper in a chipotle crema, chicken and kennett square mushroom mix in a tarragon chive béchamel

Filet Station  teriyaki, merlot marinade, churrasco or blackened served with garlic aioli, mustard horseradish, chimichurri, or black peppercorn demi-glaze

Martini Mac & Cheese  cavateppi corkscrew pasta, celebration cheese sauce prepared with your choice of accompaniments like: fresh chopped tomatoes, spinach, applewood smoked bacon, buffalo chicken ~ served in martini glasses

Philadelphia Block Party miniature philadelphia cheesesteaks, miniature pepperoni calzones, italian hoagie dip, philly pretzel nuggets

Grilled Beef & Baja Fish Taco Station two types of soft shell tacos served with tortilla chips, pico de gallo. grilled beef tacos: pico de gallo, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, black beans, shredded lettuce, shredded monterey jack cheese. baja fish tacos:  pan-seared white fish, corn tortilla, chipotle mayo, red cabbage slaw, roasted corn salsa (try our short rib & oaxca cheese tacos too)

Flatbread Station a variety of artisan thin crust flatbreads topped with seasonal veggies, virgin olive oil & basil pesto, goat cheese, mozzarella and a handful of baby arugula

Southern BBQ smoked pulled pork slider,  sweet BBQ sauce & short rib slider, creme faiche, mini corn on the cobs with garlic parsley butter, honey butter corn bread muffins, watermelon, cole slaw 

Gourmet Salad Station toasted quinoa, edamame, craisins, carrot & wheatberry salad, creamy bulgar & grape salad, beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, seasonal berries, tomato & mozzarella salad, balsamic roasted veggies, raw tri-colored peppers, mixed greens

Creole Style Pub Steak or Tenderloin black peppercorn crusted grilled pub steak or filet of beef carved for your guests served with horseradish, creole mustard, au jus, miniature rolls. (+$5 For Filet) New Orleans style rice medley or southern style creamy grits  

Asian Noodle Station soba noodles wok stir fried LIVE with your guests’ choice of: spicy thai peanut sauce or teriyaki sauce, marinated grilled tofu, a mélange of Asian vegetables, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts. Tamari and Sriracha hot sauce on to spice it up!!

Seedling & Sage has paired with several craft-beer companies, who are excited to do specialized tastings, beer pairing dinners, or beer-making interactive events.
